Job Description

Our services and clients are as diverse as the activities we offer. That’s why we are looking for someone who is flexible and multi-skilled.

• You guide and coordinate outdoor activities and events for both corporate clients and private groups.

• You help provide a full-service experience for our guests during their stay in our exclusive country houses.

• You work primarily in the Ardennes, with occasional assignments at the coast or elsewhere in Belgium.

• You contribute to safety and assist with the maintenance of our installations, rope courses, grounds, and facilities.

Profile

We expect our new colleague to:

• Be a team player with a positive attitude, while remaining stress-resistant.

• Have a strong focus on quality, with attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

• Have experience or a strong interest in the technical aspects of outdoor sports.

• Be fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

• Hold a valid category B driving license (BE is a plus).

• A degree in Physical Education or Outdoor Recreation is an advantage.

• Be structured and precise, and enjoy working in a team within the dynamic environment of an SME.
