Charging the Future at Wildtrails
At Wildtrails in Jupille, founder Frank Descamps has taken a major step toward sustainable mobility in the Ardennes. In a region where electric charging infrastructure remains scarce, Wildtrails installed 64 charging stations on its teambuilding and meeting site, in collaboration with Belgian companies Decat and Smappee.
The initiative aims to support guests and travelers while promoting greener mobility in Wallonia, where the number of charging points is still far behind Flanders. It is also part of Wildtrails’ broader commitment to sustainability — from working with local suppliers to reducing plastic use and promoting environmentally conscious activities.
Today, Wildtrails stands as a unique destination in the Ardennes, built through entrepreneurial vision and a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.
